<span style="color: #262626; font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px;">根据成都航空的通知，凡在4月2日（含）前购买的，行程涉及成都进出港且航班旅行日期为4月1日（含）至2022年4月15日（含）的成都航空航班客票，旅客可在原客票航班起飞前取消预定座位或提出变更申请，<strong><span style="font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px; color: #000000;">可免费变更至4月27日（含）前同航线航班一次</span></strong>，免收变更费，如有票价差额及舱位差价正常收取。</span>

<span style="color: #262626; font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px;">旅行日期为4月4日（含）至4月15日（含）之间的旅客客票，<strong><span style="font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px; color: #000000;">在4月1日零点后、原客票航班起飞前取消预定座位，可在客票有效期内至原出票地办理免费退票，不收取退票费。旅客若在4月4日零点前已申请自愿变更或退票的客票，不再返还变更费、退票费和票款差价。</span></strong>同时，成都航空提醒称，旅客可通过原购票渠道提交非自愿退票申请，退票原因填写“疫情”。切勿提交自愿退票，否则可能被收取手续费。</span>
