<span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong><span style="color: #c00000; font-size: 14px;">违法事实：</span></strong><span style="color: #262626; font-size: 14px;">"2021年11月18日10时30分，平昌县文化市场综合行政执法大队执法人员依法出示了执法证件，对位于平昌县同州街道办事处新华街东段73号附69号的平昌县广场百货经营部进行了现场检查，现场检查时该场所正在营业、该店内销售有《卡耐基人性经典故事》《学法律常识》，《女人永远不老的魔法书》、《做一个会说话会办事会赚钱的女人》等共计88册图书。现场负责人郭丽涛无法向执法人员提供《出版物经营许可证》，只能提供《营业执照》统一社会信用代码92511923MA68UF7K8R、名称:平昌县广场百货经营部、个体工商户、经营范围:零售、服装、百货、其他日用品(依法须经批准的项目经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动)、注册日期2018年10月11日，经营者曾祥彬。</span></span>
