<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #3f3f3f;">为维护城区市容市貌和环境卫生，改善环境空气质量，预防火灾发生，倡导文明祭祀，根据全国文明城市创建相关要求和《四川省城乡环境综合治理条例》规定，现将中元节(俗称“七月半”)祭祀活动有关事项通告如下:</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #3f3f3f;">一、广大市民应自觉树立文明祭祀新风，移风易俗，提倡采用鲜花祭祀、植树纪念，著文追忆等文明、清洁、环保、安全的方式来怀念故人，寄托对亲人的思念之情。</span>

<strong><span style="font-size: 15px; color: #c00000;">二、禁止烧香化纸及燃放烟花爆竹地段: </span></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em; letter-spacing: 2px; margin-bottom: 5px;" align="left">
<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #3f3f3f;">通天汽车城至消防大队，信义大道、高速公路平昌出口；南河子充电站至南河子车站、星龙新城、巴河水电、二丝厂、平昌二中、农场、华严社区东城国际;纪念碑三叉路至伯坚广场;巴河金典至上江一号、钢圈厂、中医院、新华书店、县医院、轴承厂、五联社；中医院至雷坡石、三小、五联社、通河大桥等城市规划区域。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #3f3f3f;">三、禁止占用城市道路、广场等公共场所和公共绿地摆摊设点销售烟花爆竹及香蜡、纸钱、冥币等祭祀物品。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #3f3f3f;">四、市民确需采取传统方式开展祭祀活动的，可在禁止区域以外远离城市进出口道路、草坪、山坡、树林等空旷区域进行，并加强现场火灾隐患防范，必须烧完燃尽、待火完全熄灭后方可离去。</span>
