<span style="color: #D82821;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">三、整治内容</span></strong></span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 二（三）轮摩托车、电动车无牌无证、违法载人、违法载货、非法客运、非法改装、饮酒驾驶、未戴安全头盔等交通违法行为；违规销售未经3C认证、不符合国家强制性标准要求以及假冒伪劣 二（三）轮摩托车、电动车的行为。</span>

<span style="color: #D82821;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">四、整治要求</span></strong></span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 凡未注册登记的二（三）轮摩托车、电动车，请于2021年7月31日前到公安机关交管部门办理注册登记，期间不得上路行驶。二（三）轮摩托车、电动车销售企业（门市）严禁销售未经3C认证、不符合国家强制性标准要求以及假冒伪劣车辆。</span>

<p style="text-align:justify;letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 10px;" align="justify">
<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 整治期间，公安交警、市场监管、交通运输等部门按照职能职责，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《中华人民共和国产品质量法》《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》等相关法律法规规定，对无牌无证、违法载人、违法载货、非法客运、非法改装、违规销售等行为视情予以罚款、拘留、吊销执照等处罚，对上路行驶的无号牌车辆或达到报废标准车辆予以扣留。请广大群众自觉遵守相关法律法规，共同营造平安顺畅、文明有序的道路交通环境。</span>
