 中国象棋比赛的通知
 
 
 各位象棋爱好者：
 
 
     田园风光美，水乡平昌行！感恩共产党，听话跟党走！为隆重庆祝中国共产党的百岁华诞，同时打造水乡平昌的旅游特色，经理事会研究，报主管局备案，平昌县象棋协会决定举办喜迎党的百岁华诞暨第三届“棋协杯"中国象棋比赛，望踊跃报名参加！现通知如下：
 
 
 一、赛事组委会：
 
 
 主办单位：平昌县教育科技和体育局
 
 
 协办单位：平昌县民政局
 
 
 承办单位：平昌县象棋协会
 
 
 二、比赛时间：
 
 
 6月19日至6月20日（周六、周日）
 
 
 三、比赛地点：
 
 
 平昌县民政局三楼会议室（酒乡宾馆右侧）
 
 
 四、报名要求：
 
 
     1.参赛运动员必须身体健康，必须自行购买人身意外保险, 负责自身安全。参赛期间交通及食宿自理。所有人员严格遵守疫情期间规定，同时比赛期间必须佩戴口罩。本次比赛不收任何费用，不限地区、性别、年龄及参赛人数。凡报名参赛即视为认同以上要求。
 
 
     2.各参赛运动员必须于2021年6月12日前将报名表报送至平昌象棋协会会长李文平先生处。

 五、奖励办法：
 
 
     1.本次为个人赛，不设团体奖，奖励前八名。
 
 
     2.奖品及奖金：第一名奖金800元，第二名奖金500元，第三名奖金300元，第四名至第八名各100元。同时颁发荣誉证书。
 
 
     3.设优秀组织奖四名，颁发荣誉证书。
 
 
 六、赛制及规则：
 
 
     本次比赛执行2011年版中国象棋规则，采用积分循环制编排。胜方计2分，负方计0分，和棋双方各计1分，积分高者名次靠前，积分相同看对手分。根据报名参赛人数确定比赛场次（原则上7至9轮）。每局比赛双方用时各30分钟包干，开赛10分钟内及剩余3分钟内不得提和，超时判负。违例三次判负。
