平昌首例非法制毒案后续，销毁原材料40吨，12名罪犯获刑！

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #595959;">检察人员通过对照扣押清单对库存在某公司园区库房内的数十吨麻黄草以及相关制毒原料物品进行清点，对其中扣押的数十袋具有强腐蚀性的氢氧化钠化工原料督促安排专业人员封存处理，并全程跟踪监督毒品原料转运、加生石灰后深坑填埋等环节，实现监督过程无遗漏。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #595959;">本次集中销毁的是已判决结案的“4.18”特大非法生产制毒物品案所缴获的约40吨麻黄草等制毒原料，从麻黄草中所提炼的麻黄素系制造冰毒的重要原料。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #595959;">2019年3月，以何某某、钟某某、唐某某为首的12名罪犯，为谋取不法暴利，从内蒙古、成都等地购买了大量制毒原料麻黄草等制毒原料，选择在平昌县响滩镇一偏僻乡村内生产制造毒品。在侦办过程中，警方缴获了大量制毒原料麻黄草，扣押了作案车辆3辆及制毒工具一批。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #595959;">2020年3月6日，平昌县检察院对该案依法提起公诉，指控被告人何某某等人违反国家毒品管理法规，非法生产用于制造毒品的原料麻黄素，其行为均已触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百五十条之规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实充分，应当以非法生产制毒物品罪追究其刑事责任。<strong><span style="font-size: 15px; color: #0070C0;">经平昌县人民法院审理，最终12名罪犯分别被判处八年至一年三个月不等的有期徒刑。</span></strong></span>
