<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 在3月29日，笔者曾和各位聊过全国范围内一些KTV等娱乐场所因为疫情防控原因暂停营业一事。但在此后一段时间里，巴中的KTV和其他一些营业场所并没有暂停营业而是正常经营。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 根据这位经营者透露，他们是在4月12日接到了相关的通知之后，于最近两天开始暂时关闭KTV。至于究竟什么时候能够重新恢复正常营业他表示目前尚不清楚，但会遵照安排完全配合。同时笔者也问过一些网吧和清吧等经营场所，他们表示自己并未收到过这样的通知。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong> </strong>目前全球的疫情局势还并不乐观，4月21日0—24时这一天内，<strong>全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例30例，其中23例为境外输入病例，7例为本土病例。</strong>而在国外更是一场噩梦，根据世卫组织最新实时统计数据，目前全球确诊新冠肺炎2402250例，死亡163097例。而光是美国已经确诊了超82万！</span>
