具体药店就在文内 那个健康码申请，还是需要去医院办健康证，可是卫生院只给外出务工的人办健康证

我就是说的申请这个市内健康码，也要健康证明才行，可是医院只给外出的人办，上次我申请了巴中绿马又给我驳回了，不知道什么意思
