<strong><span style="color: #ff0000; caret-color: #ff0000; font-size: 14px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif; display: inline !important;"> 吴伟仁院士作为航天测控通信与工程总体技术专家，中国探月工程总设计师，</span></strong><span style="caret-color: #ff0000; font-size: 14px; color: #7f7f7f; display: inline !important; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif;">我国深空探测领域的主要开拓者之一和航天战略科学家，从事航天事业已有四十多年。期间，吴伟仁院士负责研制了我国首套S频段计算机遥测遥控系统，使我国航天测控技术跻身于世界先进行列；率先开展深空测控通信研究，推动研制建设了与美、欧并列的中国深空测控网，为深远空间探测奠定了重要基础。主持探月工程总体设计，提出和实施了“嫦娥二号”“一探三”技术方案，使我国成为第三个对日-地拉格朗日L2点和小行星进行探测的国家，开辟了深空探测新领域;主持实现“嫦娥三号”“三自主”着陆月球并首发成功;实现了“嫦娥四号”国际首次月球背面着陆探测，树立了国际月球探测新的里程碑。先后牵头制定了月球无人采样返回和月球南极科研站基本型实施方案，使我国月球探测由跟跑、并跑走向部分领跑。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; color: #7f7f7f;"> 80~90年代负责研制成功具有当时国际先进水平的新一代遥测系统和测控通信系统；90年代后期开始，致力于深空测控通信和月球、小天体等探测研究，组织探月工程等重大科技专项立项论证；08年起作为中国探月工程总设计师，在嫦娥二号工程中，创新提出“一探三”总体设计思路，实现嫦娥二号成功探月，并使我国成为第3个实现对日地拉格朗日L2点和小行星探测的国家，开辟了深空探测新领域；在嫦娥三号工程中，主持实施了“自主导航、自主避障”的软着陆方案，国际首次成功实现无人自主避障着陆，并开展月面原位探测和巡视勘查，树立中国航天新里程碑；提出月球及以远天地一体X频段深空测控通信方案，并主持在轨试验，实现测控通信由S到X频段、由近地空间到深空的技术跨越。</span>
