                  教育大计，教师为本。努力加大教师队伍建设的力度，是教育发展的重中之重。2019，又有一批充满朝气的年轻教师将加入巴中绵实外国语学校。为了提高新教师的课堂教学能力，有针对性地帮助新教师快速成长，在新教师培训的同时，我校教科室牵头开展了新教师课堂教学研讨活动──各学科集体研讨打磨一堂课，推选代表展课。
