<span style="font-size: 14px;">我是一名美术教师，自2006年走上工作岗位后，肩负起教师的职责，深感责任重大，不仅要教好书，还要在各方面以身作则，率先垂范。由于家庭原因，从教12年的我被迫从原单位离职，抛弃了所有付出的一切，从外省回到了家乡，选择了离家不远的巴中绵实外国语学校。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">伴随着新的开始，我的心情从开始的欣喜与激动，慢慢变成了负担，我感觉到压抑和迷茫。面对学校的高要求，面对学生可爱的脸庞，我心中充满了心虚和不安。在这里，我能胜任吗？先前教书育人的经验可以移植吗？我不会误人子弟吧？虽然不安，但我坚信，只要自己肯努力，就一定能迈过这个坎！为了让自己尽快融入这个大家庭，我坚持认真备课，细心琢磨每一个教学环节，熟悉每一个班的学生，争取让学生每堂课都有收获。遇到疑难问题，我虚心向有经验的老师请教，经常深入其他老师的课堂学习，取长补短。在教学中，我平等对待每一个学生，真心爱护学生的自尊，诚心帮助学生进步。我不但教学生发现美、表现美，更教学生传递美、弘扬美。我所做的一切，虽然距心中的理想还有一定的距离，但我会一直坚持不懈。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">随着时间的推移，我变得更加沉稳，自信代替了最初的心虚，努力使我找到了方向。在与同事和学生相处的一年里，我感到越来越幸福，突然觉得最初的忧虑是那么的可笑。其实，幸福就是一种心态，也是信念与追求的体现。心态决定状态，有了好心态就有好状态。教师是爱的事业，有了爱就能笑对生活，就能从心底喜欢每一个学生，就能通过言传身教让学生接受情感的洗礼、引导和激励。我践行着“真爱”、“宽容”、“尊重”、“信任”来赢得学生的爱戴。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">清楚地记得去年冬天，我因肺炎引起咳嗽。也许是职业病，也许是抵抗力差的原因，一旦咳起来不下二十天是不会停的，真的是咳到肚皮酸痛。在课堂上，我强忍着不让自己过于“张扬”，以免影响学生。那是一个星期五第四节的下课，我刚下楼梯就听到有人叫：“冯老师，请等一下！”我停下脚步回头看到一个子不高的男孩向我跑来，伸手递给了我一个用黑色塑料袋包着的物品，并说道：“老师，你要多喝点热开水！”我还没来得及说声谢谢，那男孩转身便跑了。我纳闷：怎么回事儿？于是，我边走边拆塑料袋，映入我眼帘的是“咳立停”几个字，我立马明白是怎么回事了。当我激动地再回头时，已经找不到那男孩的身影了。但我知道，他一定是我的学生。我自认为一个美术老师，一周才一节课，对他们能有多大的帮助呢？学生能记得我、关爱我，甚至给我送药，我怎能不深受感动呢？遗憾的是直到今天我都不知道那学生是谁，但我会一直记着他，相信他是代表众多学生表达对老师的爱。</span>
