勇站三尺讲台 彰显教师风采 —— 绵实外新教师入格课圆满落幕

<span style="font-size: 13px;">为提高我校新上岗教师课堂教学水平，提升专业技能，基本落实我校课堂教学理念，我校2018年度新教师入格课于11月12日拉开了帷幕，六大学科组29名教师参赛，经过一周的听课评课，于11月15日落幕。<br style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.75em;text-align:center;"/></span>

<span style="font-size: 13px;">此次入格课，教师们做了充分的准备。他们在课前向自己的师傅虚心请教，请备课组集体打磨，对教材反复研读。比赛过程中，节节皆有亮点。有的语言幽默风趣，分析透彻；有的关注学生的习惯养成，循循善诱；有的注重学习情境的设计，激发学生的探究欲望。一堂堂精心设计、思路清晰、课件精美的入格课得到了各位评委和听课老师们的肯定。虽然新教师们走上讲台的时间不长，在讲课细节方面还显得有些稚嫩，但在教学形态、课堂驾驭能力和教学效果上很有特色，可圈可点。</span>
