               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒引起的猪的一种急性、热性、高度接触性动物传染病，是世界动物卫生组织（OIE）法定报告动物疫病，在我国被列为一类动物疫病。</span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">非洲猪瘟的历史与分布：1921年，东非国家肯尼亚首次确认发生非洲猪瘟疫情，之后，于1957年传入欧洲，1971年传入美洲，2007年迅速传入俄罗斯，2018年8月3日传入我国辽宁。</span>

            <p style="text-indent: 2em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">截止2018年11月7日，全国已涉及辽宁、黑龙江、河南、江苏、浙江、安徽、黑龙江、贵州、重庆、湖北等15个省发生56起非洲猪瘟疫情，防控形势非常严峻。</span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">非洲猪瘟危害严重，发病率和死亡率最高可达100％，尚无疫苗和药物能有效防治，一旦扩散将造成巨大的经济损失和社会影响。</span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（二）临床症状：潜伏期5-19天，严重病例一般感染后2-10天死亡。依临床症状程度可分为最急性、急性、和慢性型。  </span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">最急性：无明显临床症状突然死亡。急性：体温可高达42℃，沉郁，厌食，耳、四肢、腹部皮肤有出血点，可视黏膜潮红、发绀。眼、鼻有黏液脓性分泌物；呕吐；便秘，粪便表面有血液和黏液覆盖；或腹泻，粪便带血。共济失调或步态僵直，呼吸困难，病程延长则出现其他神经症状。妊娠母猪流产。病死率高达100%。病程4～10天。亚急性：症状与急性相同，但病情较轻，病死率较低。体温波动无规律，一般高于40.5℃。仔猪病死率较高。病程5～30天。慢性：波状热，呼吸困难，湿咳。消瘦或发育迟缓，体弱，毛色暗淡。关节肿胀，皮肤溃疡。死亡率低。病程2～15个月。</span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（三）严格执行《农业农村部关于切实加强生猪及产品调运监管工作的通知》（农业农村部2号公告），严禁从疫区和高风险区调运生猪及其产品。严格执行产地检疫、屠宰检疫技术规程。未经检疫的生猪不得出售、调运、屠宰，对生猪屠宰检疫中发现的可疑症状，要立即向当地动物卫生监督部门报告。  </span>
            </p>
            <p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（四）严格实行封闭管理。所有生猪养殖场（户）要坚决实行封闭管理，采取隔离防护措施。对所有进出人员、车辆和生猪及其附带物进行全面消毒，并做好登记。</span>
            </p>
            <p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（五）严格落实消毒卫生制度。非洲猪瘟病毒55℃30分钟、60℃10分钟即可被破坏。对场区、圈舍等要进行严格消毒。最有效的消毒药是10%的苯及苯酚、次氯酸、碱类及戊二醛。碱类（氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等）、氯化物和酚化合物适用于建筑物、木质结构、水泥表面、车辆和相关设施设备消毒。酒精和碘化物适用于人员消毒。同时，养殖场户要防止蜱、蚊蝇、鼠的滋生，保持环境卫生。</span>
            </p>
            <p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（六）切实做好养殖环节、调运环节、屠宰环节病死猪无害化处理，严格执行“四不准，一处理”，坚决依法打击乱丢弃和贩卖病死猪等违法行为。 </span>
            </p>
            <p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", 微软雅黑;">（七）积极配合当地畜牧兽医部门开展疫病监测排查，对突发高热不明原因死亡或可疑症状的生猪做好记录，并及时主动向当地畜牧兽医部门报告。</span>
            </p>
