               <span style="font-size: 16px;">(1) 分别为AB两组: A组(14周岁及以下)、B组(其他年龄段)，内容围绕“回眸40年拥抱新时代"庆祝改革开放40周年的主题朗诵经典作品，可在活动规定素材库里选择诗歌进行朗诵，也可选择朗诵自行创作作品，但所创作作品必须经大赛组委会审核通过。</span>

               <span style="font-size: 16px;">(2)比赛的作品统一使用普通话，朗诵时长控制在5分钟之内。以评委打分的形式，评选出优秀选手，前3名代表平昌县参加全市的复赛。</span>
