            <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">凡露天焚烧秸秆、落叶等产生烟尘污染物质的，环保部门按照《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》规定对个人处500元以上2000元以下罚款。有违反治安管理行为的，由公安机关依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处罚。对因秸秆焚烧及其他方式造成环境严重污染、火灾事故或导致重大财产损失、人身伤亡的，将依法追究刑事责任。</span>
