               <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">根据国务院办公厅《关于促进开发区改革和创新发展的若干意见》（国办发〔2017〕7号）精神，按照省级开发区设立有关程序，四川平昌经济开发区已完成设立的前期工作。现将有关事项公示如下：</span>

               <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">二、开发区主导产业为<strong>机械、食品饮料、能源</strong>。</span>
            </p>
            <p style="text-indent: 2em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.5em;">
               <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">三、开发区设立地点在巴中市平昌县。开发区规划面积364公顷；开发区设立核准面积为300.38公顷，分为<strong>星光片区、马家坪—何家坪片区和驷马片区。</strong></span>

想法是好的，但是星光工业园，现在又怎么样？没有好的管理，产业链，相关政策扶持。发展会怎么样？不过平昌硬件的方面目前还好。

经济开发区就是发展工业园的，是一个缓慢的过程，不是一气呵成的，就想达州经开区，巴中经开区一样都是慢慢来得，北京亦庄经济技术开发区现在不也是慢慢在成型嘛！
