   <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">15日中午，片区领导老师抵达学校，执行校长王洪斌先生对大家的到来表示了热烈的欢迎，同时西大三实全体管理成员陪同领导老师们参观校园，对校园功能室、食堂、宿舍等啧啧称赞。在听取了学校建设规划，特别是二期建设介绍后，大家对学校的宏伟蓝图更是频频点头。</span>

   <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">下午参访领导和老师们分教学和德育两个大组分别与我校分管教学的邓长辅副校长和分管德育的叶云副校长交流讨论。来访领导、老师们就他们非常关心的问题展开提问，比如多元考评机制、校本课程设置、课堂设计理念等，我校领导们给予了热情耐心的回答，座谈会在亲切友好的气氛中持续了两个小时。两地领导老师师通过深入的交流和探讨，明确了新教育背景下学校的发展目标、学生的培养方向以及教师自身的职业规划和发展。</span>

   <span style="font-size: 14px; color: #000000;">3月16日清晨六点半，片区领导老师们便集结于学校门口，期待看到学校的激情诵读和动感早操。当听到同学们铿锵的口号和看到整齐划一的步伐，便深知这是一个有较强战斗力的团队。随后大家听取了学校执行校长校3个小时的报告，深入了解我校办学理念和发展愿景等。</span>

片区领导老师是片区的领导跟老师还是片区老师是领导，话说村镇上老师到县城能成领导？笔山片区又是什么鬼？笔山不是镇么
