<span style="color:#c00000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px;"> 一、平昌县邱家镇龙腾村文书刘明违规操办“乔迁宴”的问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;">2023年1月28日，邱家镇党委、镇纪委在镇村干部大会重申党员干部严禁违规操办宴席相关纪律要求后，刘明仍心存侥幸、顶风违纪，于2月2日违规操办“乔迁宴”，并收受管理服务对象所送礼金，造成不良影响。2023年2月，刘明受到党内严重警告处分。违纪所得已全部收缴。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;"> </span><span style="color:#c00000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px;">二、平昌县原水务局农田水利规划建设管理局副局长孟林违规收受礼金的问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;">2012年12月至2013年2月，孟林在负责审核移民后扶项目竣工决算等资料中，未对资料的真实性把关，致使未实施项目通过审核，获得项目资金拨付，并在事后收受管理服务对象所送感谢费。同时，孟林还存在其他违纪违法问题。2022年8月，孟林受到开除党籍、撤职处分。违纪所得已全部收缴。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;"> </span><span style="color:#c00000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 2px;">三、平昌县金财金鑫投资有限公司原董事长任望超标准配备公务用车等问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;">2018年，任望在相关部门明确核定金财金鑫投资有限公司公务用车标准后，仍违规提议并决定，采取“以租代配”的方式，租用下属私人车辆，超标配备公务用车。同时，任望还存在其他违纪问题。2022年12月，任望受到党内严重警告、撤职处分。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; color: #262626; letter-spacing: 2px;"> 习近平总书记在二十届中央纪委二次全会上强调，制定实施中央八项规定，是我们党在新时代的徙木立信之举，必须常抓不懈、久久为功。上述3起案例，充分暴露出在持续正风肃纪高压态势下，仍有个别党员干部心无敬畏、不守铁规，反映出在全面从严治党新征程上，“四风”问题树倒根存、由风及腐、由风变腐的风险依然存在。全体党员干部和公职人员要以案为鉴，时刻自警自省，谨记腐化堕落往往源于小事小节的失守，始终牢记“三个务必”，把遵规守纪内化为思想自觉和行为自觉。各级党组织在整治“不担当、不作为”突出问题中，要切实扛牢主体责任，始终把中央八项规定精神作为铁规矩、硬杠杠，把经常性纪律教育融入日常监督管理，督促引导广大党员干部和公职人员牢记初心使命，传承弘扬党的光荣传统和优良作风。各级纪检监察组织务必保持作风建设永远在路上的清醒和坚定，紧盯“四风”新动向、新表现，加强监督检查，对隐形变异享乐主义、奢靡之风露头就打、反复敲打、风腐同查，以作风建设的实际成效，涵养新时代文明新风尚。</span>
